We provide 2 services:
- We can provide a book keeper to handle all accounting issues throughout the year dependent upon how much financial information you require or need to run your business efficiently. For a Sole Trader this may only mean a couple of hours a week. For larger companies it may require a couple of days per week. There is no set formula it depends entirely on the needs of the client. Accurate and up to date accounts keeps The Revenue happy and allows you to sleep at night !!
- We can also provide full End of Year auditing by fully qualified accountants.
Book keeping Service
We offer a book keeping service to small & medium sized business. We use the latest Quickbooks Pro accounting software along with all the documents to back up the figures. We can provide all or some of your accounting needs. What we do is up to you. The key areas are VAT, Bank reconciliation, Sales & Purchase ledger, preparation for Year End audit. We can however also provide; cash flow forecasts, comparison analysis of previous years trading, excel spreadsheets and provide advice if you are requiring Bank funding. We can also set up a system for you to run for yourself.
Accounting
We have fully qualified accountants who can audit, provide full tax advice, and finalise all tax affairs at year end. If we have provided book keeping services throughout the year the cost of the accountant for "Year End" is at a discounted rate.
We will give you an hour of our time for free. If we cannot help we will tell you and not waste any more of your time. If we can help it will be simple and straight forward to deal with us.
